This renovated residential space, now converted into a law office, required customization to accommodate the unique requirements of the firm. The original peaked roof design resulted in second-floor walls along the exterior being less than 6 feet tall, which would have limited the functionality of the offices. To address this challenge, the roof was raised, and the walls were extended to meet the desired height, increasing functionality for the new workspace.
After the second floor build out was complete, L7 was contracted to complete a renovation to expand the office to the main floor and basement as well.
