The two female owners had a dream of providing high quality, unique clothing and giftware to the women of Stony Plain, Alberta. The town is situated 25mins west of Edmonton to which residents would often drive to the City to obtain a modern style and quality of goods. The owners wanted to make these types of sought-after items more accessible to their customers. They were looking to create a unique environment that felt glamorous, sparkly and would appeal to the young modern woman.
The industrial feel of the raw polished concrete floor and painted exposed ceiling are juxtaposed by the glitzy chandeliers and tin ceiling. Specialty lighting was incorporated into their cash desk the extra polish and show of their offering of jewelry. Although a polished look was achieved the feeling is still comfortable elegant. That paired with top tier service is what creates satisfied repeat customers.
